Pineapple chicken fried rice

Pineapple chicken fried rice makes 10 servings

1 fresh pineapple
2 cups uncooked white rice
200 grams chicken breast (diced)
1 cup fresh pineapple (cut into small pieces)
5 spring onions (diced)
3 garlic cloves (chopped)
4 tsp soy sauce (or more to taste)
salt, pepper, parsley (to taste)

Cut pineapple in half and hollow out both halves
Cook rice
Cook chicken in frying pan with cooking spray
Once rice and chicken is cooked throw all ingredients into frying pan (except green onions)
Once all blended and warm fill pineapple bowls and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
