Onion Dip Recipe

– 1 medium Vidalia onion, finely chopped
– 1 medium garlic cloves, minced
– 1 cup pot cheese (use low fat ricotta cheese or low fat cottage cheese if you can’t find pot cheese)
– 3/4 cup fat-free sour cream
– 1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
– 1 tbsp dill, fresh, minced
– 1/2 tsp table salt

Mix together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Recipe makes 12 servings.
(Note: Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.)

Serving size = 1/4 cup
