Ginger Berry Crisp 10 servingsĀ 

2 oz frozen unsweetened mixed berries
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
3/4 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp table salt
3/4 cup uncooked old fashioned oats
1/4 cup all purpose flour
3 Tbsp unsalted butter

Mix frozen berries and lemon juice and pour into 9″ pie pan. Combine all dry ingredients in bowl, add melted butter and mix until it “crumbs” sprinkle that over the berries and bake for 45 min or until topping is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
